Project Manager
Full-Time
We are looking for a driven and experienced licensed Architectural Project Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of medium to large-scale projects and oversee a talented team of all disciplines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Education: Bachelors or higher degree in Architecture (Accredited architecture degree)
• Proficient with current AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred candidates will also know their way around SketchUp, and Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Good grasp of both local and national regulations, building standards and ADA design requirements.
• Familiar with National Green Building Standards (NGBS) sustainability program.
• Familiar with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) design and affordable-housing programs—Qualified Application Plan (QAP) requirements.
