NEW 180 UNIT UNION AT WILEY AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY

The ANNEX Group, a leading affordable, workforce, and student housing developer, is developing a new affordable housing community in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, named Union at Wiley. It is situated on nearly eight acres. It features 180 units of one, two, and three-bedrooms. Residents earning up to 60 percent of the area median income are served.

Amenities include a clubhouse with television, gaming area, playground, fitness center, and parking with optional carports.  The architecture features modern design with ample use of brick and stone masonry. It has spacious balconies, and secure interior unit access hallways.
